At the Autumn Taste Festival, grilled saury delivered directly from Nemuro will be sold and distributed free of charge, and grilled scallops from Tokoro, Kitami City will be on sale!
Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observatory will be holding the "Autumn Taste Festival" event from Friday, September 12th to Monday, September 15th (national holiday). In addition, on Saturday, September 13th, a naming ceremony will be held for the nine new lambs that joined the observatory on Thursday, August 7th. At the "Autumn Taste Festival," we will be giving away and selling pacific saury directly from Nemuro, and selling grilled scallops from Tokoro, Kitami City. We look forward to seeing you there.

In appreciation of the patronage of our residents over the years, we have introduced special rates for Sapporo residents starting April 1, 2025.
Sapporo Resident Admission: Adults: 500 yen, Children (elementary and junior high school students): Free, Annual Pass: 1,000 yen
Regular price: Adults: 1,000 yen, Children (elementary and junior high school students): 500 yen, Annual passport: 2,000 yen
You will need to provide proof of residency in Sapporo, such as a driver's license or health insurance card (only applicable to the person in question).
Grilled saury for sale and free distribution
Date: September 12th (Friday) – September 15th (Monday/Holiday)
Hours: 10:00-15:00 (sales start at 11:00)
Price: 500 yen per fish (tax included)

We will be selling grilled saury, delivered directly from Nemuro, for 500 yen each (tax included).
Additionally, free grilled saury will be distributed to 200 people every day (100 in the morning and 100 in the afternoon) . Numbered tickets will be distributed to the first 100 people each day from 10:00 and 13:00 .

Our observation deck welcomed new sheep on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
We will hold a naming ceremony for one two-year-old sheep and eight yearling sheep, for which we have been collecting names.
