We will be setting up a stall at the Sapporo Autumn Fest for the second year in a row. We will leave the hotel and head to Odori Park. For 23 days, we will be showing off our skills at the largest food festival in Hokkaido.

Bordeaux, a restaurant directly managed by Mercure Sapporo (2-2-4 Minami 4-jo Nishi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, General Manager: Carsel Christopher), will be participating in the Sapporo Autumn Fest, which will be held at Sapporo Odori Park for 23 days starting on Friday, September 12, 2025.

Approximately 300 stores are set up along a stretch of about 1 km of Odori Park, and last year the event attracted over 2.5 million visitors. As the largest food festival in Hokkaido, it is becoming more and more popular with locals and tourists every year.
This will be the second time our hotel restaurant has participated, following last year.

This year, we have made full use of the experience we gained last year to come up with a menu. We have been particular about the ingredients and sauces, but have also thought carefully about creating dishes that are easy for customers to pick up.

We offer nine carefully selected dishes after much trial and error and tasting to ensure that each dish is easy to eat outdoors, easy to share with multiple people, and reflects our restaurant's unique style.

We want as many people as possible to experience the flavors of Mercure Sapporo's Restaurant Bordeaux, so this year we will once again leave the hotel and head to Odori Park for a 23-day food festival.
