The branding, including the interior, was handled by the hugely popular Sapporo-based company [NEW] (Sapporo, Hokkaido).

Japan Restaurants Development (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo), which supports restaurants in expanding their operations, has supervised the menu, adding a trendy and playful touch, and the restaurant has since begun moving towards franchise expansion.

Recommended dishes include the "Specialty! Cold cream spaghetti with plenty of salmon roe" (2,838 yen), "Fluffy and chewy gnocchi topped with Kitaakari truffles and burnt truffle cream" (1,188 yen), and "Lamb chops cooked at 58°C and 400°C" (1,078 yen per piece, minimum order of 2 pieces).
