In Hokkaido in the autumn, you can find a wide variety of "new produce" harvested that year, including rice, wheat, potatoes, and onions.
To allow everyone to enjoy products and menus that utilize these new autumn produce from Hokkaido, we are launching a collaborative project called the "Hokkaido Nouveau Fair." More than 50 restaurants and shops around the venue are participating. We have also posted some great coupons, so please take a look.
