Bikkuri Donkey, a hamburger restaurant operated by Aleph Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Shoji Dai), will be selling the seasonal alcoholic beverage "Cherry Ruby" and the non-alcoholic "Donkey Free (Cherry)" for a limited time* from Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
"Cherry Ruby" and the non-alcoholic "Donkey Free (Cherry)" are made at our own brewery in Otaru, Hokkaido.
Enjoy this unique drink, filled with the sweetness and gorgeous aroma of cherries.

"Cherry Ruby" is brewed using Belgian beer brewing methods, and is a drink that allows you to enjoy the fruity sweetness and gorgeous aroma of cherries along with a fizzy feeling down your throat.
Limited Time Donkey Free (Cherry)
"Donkey Free (Cherry)" is a non-alcoholic drink developed to allow more people to enjoy the flavor and taste of "Cherry Ruby" in a variety of situations.
*The alcohol content of "Cherry Ruby" is 4%. (Happoshu)
*Donkey Free (Cherry) is not beer. It is a beer-flavored beverage. We do not serve beer-flavored beverages to anyone under the age of 20.
*Donkey Free (Cherry) will be served in a bottle.
