Exclusive new products and a wide range of products
Sapporo Agricultural College, beloved both at home and abroad as a standard Hokkaido souvenir, with its signature product, Hokkaido Milk Cookies, having sold over 350 million cookies to date, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. In this milestone year, the college will open its first specialty store in a department store in Sapporo, the birthplace of the college, and at the Daimaru Sapporo store, beloved by Sapporo residents.

Sapporo Agricultural College offers sweets that are made with ingredients from Hokkaido and that encapsulate the charms of Hokkaido. The brand name comes from Sapporo Agricultural College, the predecessor of Hokkaido University, and the school is certified by Hokkaido University.
The Sapporo Agricultural College New Chitose Airport Factory Store, which opened inside New Chitose Airport in 2024, is a store with an attached workshop where customers can enjoy freshly baked sweets, and is popular with many customers.
To mark the opening of our store at Daimaru Sapporo, we will be introducing for the first time a product exclusive to our Sapporo store. This is "Harriet," a freshly made chiffon cake that is made fresh at our factory in the city and immediately sold in-store. We will deliver the freshest taste to local customers. We will also be offering a new product, "Dairy Baked Cheesecake," which recreates the moist and fluffy texture of our "Freshly Baked Dairy Cheesecake," which is popular at our New Chitose Airport Factory store as a "freshly baked dessert that can only be purchased at the airport," at room temperature, so that more people can enjoy it.
In addition to the signature product "Hokkaido Milk Cookies," the store will also stock a wide variety of standard products such as "Three Kinds of Baked Cheese Cookies" and "Poem of Pioneer Triple Layered Chocolate Covered Cookies," as well as gift sets, and will take a new step forward not only as a "standard Hokkaido souvenir" as before, but also as a confectionery that is close to the daily lives of Sapporo residents.

Reference materials
"Sapporo Agricultural College" was born from the idea of creating a souvenir confectionery related to Hokkaido, a place where agriculture and dairy farming are thriving. "Sapporo Agricultural College Hokkaido Milk Cookies" are made with ingredients from Hokkaido and feature a milky flavor that makes the most of their deliciousness. They were the first confectionery to bear the name "Sapporo Agricultural College" and are a representative brand.

Sapporo Agricultural College (now Hokkaido University), which opened in 1876, invited agricultural experts such as Dr. Clark from the United States in the early Meiji period and became a central school in spreading modern agriculture to Hokkaido. The dreams of our predecessors during the pioneering era have led to the thriving agriculture and dairy farming industries of Hokkaido today. We are proud of Sapporo Agricultural College, the origin of Hokkaido agriculture, and this brand bears the historic name.
*Since its launch in 2005, when it was certified by Hokkaido University, a portion of the sales of "Sapporo Agricultural College" products has been used to support education at Hokkaido University.
