Founded in 2004, Cycle Bar is one of the world's largest premium indoor cycling brands, with over 280 studios, mainly in the United States and Canada. In Japan, it made its first appearance in Akasaka, Tokyo in November 2023.
The studio is set at a room temperature suitable for aerobic exercise and is equipped with the highest quality bikes. Fine adjustments can be made to suit each individual's body type, so anyone can ride with the correct posture. Each bike is equipped with a "stats" that measures the number of revolutions and distance traveled, so the instructor can check the data of all participants at hand, allowing them to receive personalized guidance even in group workouts.
Each instructor creates their own playlist for the 45-minute class, which is divided into four blocks of three songs each. Everyone works together to complete the tasks set for each block to the music. The playlist changes depending on the instructor and the season, so you can participate with a fresh feeling every time. You work out according to the number of rotations instructed by the instructor while watching the stats, so even when it gets tough, you can feel a sense of unity as you overcome it together.
