At Cross Hotel Sapporo, in order to propose a new purpose of travel based on the hotel, we have tied up with the beautiful village * 1 Akaigawa Village (Yoichi District, Hokkaido) adjacent to Sapporo City and held the "Akaigawa Village Fair" for the first time this time. increase. The restaurant serves zucchini, broccoli, and paprika for breakfast, as well as vegetable dishes that use vegetables that arrive from time to time. We offer “Nanatsuboshi” from “Ishikawa Farm”, which won the award twice. In the lunch course, we will prepare fish dishes using zucchini flowers from "Koropokkuru Village" and appetizers using Frutica tomatoes from "Sekino DIY Farm", which has received organic JAS certification.
