Cross Hotel Sapporo will hold a food and drink event “Hanging Garden 2023” using hammocks as seats in the front garden of the hotel from Friday, July 21, 2023 to Monday, September 18, 2023.
In order to create a new tourism style, Cross Hotel Sapporo has held events such as bonfire bars, beer gardens, and ice bars for tourists and citizens. This time, Takibi age Co., Ltd. plans and operates a food and drink event using hammocks as seats. A 6m x 7m rectangular parallelepiped framework will be constructed in the front yard, and hammocks will be hung from the upper framework to create 20 seats. It has a retractable roof, so you can enjoy it even when it rains.
In addition, a kitchen car will be stationed on the premises, and we will provide a menu where you can enjoy Hokkaido food such as grilled green whelk and fried atka mackerel. In the drink tent, we offer fruit and matcha-flavored dessert-like smoothies, cafe menus such as Niseko Town "Hakko Ginger", and various alcoholic beverages. In addition, we will start selling accommodation plans with hanging garden tickets from today.
In consideration of safety, the hammock is a chair-type hammock that is difficult to fall backwards, and is set at a height where your feet can touch the floor, so you can sit stably. Enjoy the refreshing Sapporo summer while swinging in a hammock.
