At Northern Terrace Diner's popular all-you-can-eat dessert buffet, "THE SWEETS!", you can enjoy a wide variety of blueberry-themed sweets, including tarts, eclairs, and jellies. The live cooking menu features "Blueberry Crème d'Ange with Espuma," where the chef prepares fresh desserts right before your eyes, allowing you to enjoy as much as you like. The "Afternoon Tea Set" at Lobby Lounge Mizar offers sweets that showcase the vibrant colors of blueberries, such as tarts, mousses, and roll cakes. Relax in the spacious lounge with a monthly changing selection of teas. In addition, the hotel shop offers cakes and breads that you can enjoy as takeaway.

Sapporo Grand Hotel
The Sapporo Grand Hotel was established in 1934 at the behest of the late Prince Chichibu, as a reception hall for political and business leaders and a social gathering place for citizens. As "Hokkaido's first full-fledged Western-style hotel," it has continued to play a role as a gateway to Western culture. In May 1951, it became Hokkaido's first government-registered international tourist hotel, and in June 1978, it introduced Japan's first female bellperson, consistently continuing to be a pioneer in its time.
