Fermented food is the theme of our restaurant, and we offer healthy meals from breakfast to dinner.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo (Address: 6-18-3 Kitagojo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido), operated by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Ryo Sugiyama), completed its full-scale renovation and reopened for business on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

In conjunction with this, a new restaurant, "Hakko &," operated by Graphic Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), opened on the same day on the hotel's first floor lobby floor. In addition, a new restaurant, "WEST Table," operated by the same company, has opened in the adjacent "Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West" (Address: 6-2-4 Kitagojo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido).

In addition to updating the guest rooms and common areas, this renovation also focused on improving the value of the stay through food. The two adjacent buildings will each have restaurants with their own unique culinary offerings, offering a wide range of options for consecutive stays or for various occasions, further enriching your stay in Sapporo.

Hakko &, newly opened at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo, is a restaurant that focuses on the wisdom of fermentation that has been passed down in Japan since ancient times, bringing out the natural flavor of ingredients through careful preparation. They serve healthy dishes incorporating fermented ingredients such as miso and koji.

The live kitchen uses Hokkaido-grown Nanatsuboshi rice to prepare fluffy rice balls in your desired size. Choose from five different toppings, including shredded silver salmon and silver salmon roe marinated in soy sauce. In addition to a hearty pork soup made with the restaurant's own blend of miso, you can also enjoy a variety of Japanese delicacies, including grilled Hokkaido miso koji pork, which has been marinated in a miso koji-based sauce to bring out its flavor, freshly fried horse mackerel with tartar sauce, and seasonal hot side dishes.

The delicatessen and salads offered at both "Hakko &" and "WEST Table" are made with seasonal ingredients packed with the flavor of Hokkaido, allowing you to enjoy the natural deliciousness of vegetables. Particularly recommended are the colorful menu items such as the moist roast pork cooked at low temperature and the marinated octopus and broccoli.

We also use a variety of other colorful vegetables, allowing you to easily take in vitamins and minerals that are good for your body in the morning. In addition to several types of dressings, we also offer the popular carrot dressing, which is also available at other stores, as well as oil and salt, so you can enjoy it with your favorite seasonings.

In addition to the à la carte menu, the chef's choice course of the day is also recommended.
