We will start offering our winter menu from December 2025.
For the fish dish, we have a Japanese Thermidor (made with sake lees and white miso) that uses a whole spiny lobster.
For rice, we will provide five types of temari sushi.
At Shogetsu Grand Hotel, we offer seasonal kaiseki cuisine. We also offer a wide range of lounge services, including a honey buffet that changes with the time of day, post-bath beer, and evening sweets.
