Korean cafe "BONTEMPS" will finally be opening in Hokkaido for the first time in early September! The Sapporo store will be located in Kita-ku, Sapporo, conveniently just a short walk from Kita 24-jo Station on the Namboku Subway Line. The cafe will open as a casual and convenient place to drop in, in a lively area frequented by students and families.

BONTEMPS' signature product is a donut that's a modern take on the traditional Korean snack "Kwabaegi." With a fluffy exterior and a chewy interior, and a healthy sweetness, it's popular with people of all ages . The lineup includes around 20 varieties , and they're visually stunning, making them perfect for posting on social media.

We also offer a wide selection of popular Korean drinks . Their colorful and vibrant appearance will lift your spirits just by displaying them on the table.

BONTEMPS

This Korean coffee and donut chain first arrived in Japan in December 2023. It has expanded to 10 stores in just one year and six months since its launch . Its first store in Kyushu, Kitakyushu City, opened in April 2025, drawing a line of 150 people. With the same momentum, it opened in Kumamoto, creating a BONTEMPS whirlwind with items selling out every day.

Not only are they great for social media, but they also make authentic Korean donuts (Kwabaegi) by hand in each store every morning .

They use the natural sweetness of the ingredients, such as potatoes and pumpkins, and do not use any sugar in the dough . What's more, they have a crispy outside and a soft and fluffy inside, making them easy to eat and safe donuts (Kwabaegi).
