background
Soup curry, a representative food of Sapporo, started out as a medicinal soup served in coffee shops in Sapporo in the 1970s (*1). Soup curry, which uses plenty of autumn vegetables, spices, and medicinal ingredients, is perfect for the upcoming chilly season. We decided to hold this event with the hope that people will enjoy staying up late in the cold season.
