Sapporo Prince Hotel will begin selling the "Chinese Afternoon Tea" afternoon tea plan from Monday, July 1, 2024, at the Chinese restaurant Fuyōjō, where you can enjoy a variety of authentic dim sum dishes created by Chef Kamata at tea time.
Afternoon tea time is a great time for chatting with friends. Why not spend a relaxing and elegant time at Sapporo Prince Hotel? The authentic dim sum dishes prepared by Kyohei Kamata, head chef of Chinese restaurant Fuyoujo, will create a luxurious tea time.
Starting with an assortment of cold appetizers such as jellyfish and steamed chicken, we offer popular classic dishes such as the mouthwatering "xiaolongbao" and "gomoku harumaki" as well as the rich and sweet "sesame balls" and "almond jelly". We also have a number of special menus perfect for an elegant afternoon, such as the "brown sugar chiffon cake with oolong tea cream", a fluffy cake combined with oolong tea cream, a uniquely Chinese dish, for an elegant sweetness.
Of course, Chinese tea is the perfect accompaniment to your meal. We offer a wide variety of Chinese teas carefully selected by our head chef, including "Jasmine Shunmou," an elegant and sweet-smelling jasmine tea made from new buds from Fujian Province, and "Dongding Oolong Tea," an oolong tea characterized by an orchid-like fragrance and mellow sweetness.
Our afternoon menu is carefully crafted down to the last detail, providing a relaxing tea time that will help you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and be perfect for sharing with friends.
