"Founder of JOSEPH AND STACEY"

Studied business administration and fashion in college. Participated in the establishment of a major Korean e-commerce site, traveled overseas as a buyer, and was in charge of product purchases and planning. In 2009, he launched the “JOSEPH AND STACEY” brand in-house. In 2013, he became independent and established March International Co., Ltd. Currently serving as a board member.

"JOSEPH AND STACEY" pays close attention to raw materials and processes for sustainable management. Made from eco-friendly fibers made from recycled plastic bottles, the more you use the knit bag, the less plastic the earth will have. During development, we thoroughly pursued the material, repeated measures with various fabrics, and the current material called "Lucky Pleated Knit" was born.

The distinctive design that represents the brand was born by applying "wrinkles" to knit, leather, and canvas, inspired by Korean architecture and traditional clothing.

Especially for leather and canvas, the technology to process "wrinkles" did not exist in Korea at the time, so the brand independently researched the manufacturing method. After about half a year of research, we established a method of folding the fabric evenly and molding it with high-temperature heat, creating the smooth and natural pleats we know today.

Attention to color development can also be seen, and a wide variety of color variations that are conscious of the artistic side have been developed from the brand's initial collection. Now there are more than 50 colors just for that color variation.
