The Sosei East Area, where Hotel Sosei Sapporo is located, is attracting attention as an area where cafés and restaurants that make use of historical buildings, art scene theaters, galleries, and creative offices gather. The redevelopment project for the Factory No. 4 parking lot is also progressing. The name of Hotel Sosei Sapporo, which will open as a new M Gallery in the area, is a place that serves as a landmark for those who visit Hokkaido for the first time, as a new base in Sapporo that connects the world and Hokkaido, and the future and the past.
