The pancake shop "JS PANCAKE CAFE" operated by Bay Cruise Co., Ltd. will start selling special menus limited to Christmas, such as "Berry Rouge Pancake" with bright red berry sauce, from Friday, November 25th. .
Introducing a glossy berry rouge pancake with a bright red berry sauce. For decoration, we combined mascarpone cream and raspberry glaçage and topped with 4 kinds of berries. The richness of the cheese cream and the sourness of the berries combine to create a refreshing taste that is not too sweet. Sandwiched between the two pancakes is homemade fruit ice cream made with cream cheese and mixed berries. When the fruit ice cream begins to melt, it changes to a mousse-like texture and you can enjoy it to the end with a different texture.
For those who are not satisfied with sweets alone, we also offer a special set of half-size "Berry Rouge Pancake" and half-size "Christmas Roast Beef Plate".
The “Christmas Roast Beef Plate” is a plate with a baguette that combines roast beef with a spicy aroma using American beef with a red wine sauce, accompanied by colorful grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. Please spend a luxurious Christmas cafe time that is a little different from usual.
