The pastry shop [Patisserie GIN NO MORI] in the park-type facility “Ena Gin no Mori” in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, operated by Gin no Mori Corporation, will open from August 31, 2022 (Wednesday) to September 2022. The first pop-up shop will be opened in Hokkaido on Tuesday, June 6th.
During the period, we will prepare Western sweets that use plenty of forest ingredients, such as the popular forest blessing cookie “Petit Bois” and “Pound Cake”.
"Petit Bois", which means "small forest" in French, is a representative product of Patisserie GIN NO MORI.
The cookie tin, which looks like a jewel box, is tightly packed with cookies made with unique textures using various ingredients from the forest.
The crumbly texture of cookies baked with domestic acorn flour. A faint refreshing scent from the bear bamboo grass. The sweet and sour taste of raspberry and yamazushi. You can enjoy various flavors such as the numbness and sweetness of Japanese pepper.
In addition, the arrangement that does not use the partition of the cookie can applies the technique of “fukiyose assortment” that can only be done by our company that has been making osechi for over 25 years.

Four times a year, we sell seasonally limited petit bois for each season. Unique seasonal gifts made with plenty of seasonal forest ingredients. Unlike the usual blue can, it features an aurora color can that makes you feel the change of the season.
Since it will be sold in limited quantities only at actual stores, customers may line up even before the store opens on the day of sale.
For this pop-up, we will specially prepare a summer-only Petit Bois summer can.
It is a limited-edition cookie can that can only be enjoyed in summer, packed with refreshing herbs such as rosemary and mint, and summery baked sweets with spices such as fresh pepper.
