"Afternoon plate in the sky" with flowers and butterflies as a motif is on sale

Sapporo Prince Hotel will sell "Afternoon Plate in the Sky" from May 14, 2022 (Saturday) at the "Sky Lounge Top of Prince" on the top floor of the hotel.

Sapporo Prince Hotel celebrated its 50th anniversary on Friday, January 21, this year. To commemorate this, Takeshi Naito, Honorary Chef of Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide Confectionery and Bakery, produced an afternoon plate in the sky.
We have prepared sweets with flowers and butterflies as motifs so that you can feel the season from spring to early summer.
In addition, we are particular about ingredients and ingredients such as flour and dairy products from Hokkaido.
For the cheesecake, we used cream cheese from Hokkaido, added dried cranberries stewed in Furano wine, and baked it rarely. Fromage sorbet on a separate plate uses cheese from Hidaka Town, and the sauce uses blueberries sent directly from the Nitori Kanko Orchard in Yoichi, so you can enjoy the taste and aroma of the ingredients themselves.
We will provide an afternoon plate that you can enjoy with the view of Sapporo city from the top floor about 100m above the ground.
