The new bridal jewelry brand "Dozen Roses" will be the last release of the year from Viju Pico. It is a brand inspired by the ceremony that started in Europe in the 19th century and presented 12 roses from the groom to the bride and pledged their love.
Why are there 12 roses?
Each of the 12 roses has the meaning of "gratitude, sincerity, happiness, trust, hope, affection, passion, truth, respect, glory, effort, and eternity," and contains an important message for marriage. The bride chooses one of them as a boutonnière and gives it to the groom. Dozen Roses also develops a collection of 12 series according to 12 vows. I liken a ring of vows to a ring, and I want you to stay with me forever.
Commitment to logo design <br /> The rose symbol mark expresses the rose with an anagram that combines D, O, Z, E, N, R, and S. The typeface is also designed to resemble a rose visually, with the image of a rose thorn.

After training as a pastry chef at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, he became independent as a sweets artist. Works on sugar cakes for photography and exhibition, icing cookies, object production, collaboration with characters, etc.
After that, he moved to London and is currently working as a pastry chef at the restaurant Sketch, where he works.
