Venchi Japan Co., Ltd., a Japanese corporation of chocolate gelateria Venchi from Italy, which has a history of more than 140 years, will open its first store in Hokkaido on September 17, 2021 (Friday), "Venki Parco Sapporo Store". Open
"Venki Parco Sapporo Store" will open on the 2nd basement floor of Sapporo Parco, which is scheduled for a large-scale renewal this fall. Seven new stores will open on the second basement floor, including international brands. Located in the Odori Park area of Sapporo City, it is directly connected to the subway Odori Station by an underpass, providing comfortable access.
At the "Venki Parco Sapporo Store", the flower and bird pattern, which is a symbol of each Venki store, is applied to the entire wall surface to express the world view of Venki in a gorgeous manner. In addition to Venki's characteristic PICK & MIX (chocolate sold by weight), pralines, gift boxes, chocolate bars, etc., 16 types of gelato will be available.
To commemorate the opening of the new store, we will release a new gelato flavor "Autumn Custard Cream" on a limited basis. A flavor that makes you feel autumn by adding mandarin and ginger to a crisp custard gelato using egg yolk and mixing it with milk chocolate chips.
Hokkaido, with its beautiful nature and popular tourist destination, is also a treasure trove of delicious sweets. We hope that not only people of all ages living in Hokkaido, but also those who visit Sapporo on a trip will enjoy authentic Italian chocolate and gelato.

Venki was founded in the 1800s in Piedmont, Italy by Silviano Venki, who has a passion for chocolate.
