●What is the “Hitakusan Hokkaido Product Exhibition”?
The six Hokkaido confectionery makers competing on a daily basis come together to realize the dream collaboration of creating new products. Nowadays, it is very difficult for tourists to come to Hokkaido due to the spread of new coronavirus infection, but if the confectionery makers in Hokkaido can work together and deliver everyone's dream dreams, it would be like coming to Hokkaido. I started this project because I thought that it would make me feel like I was having a blast.
In addition to the tourism industry in Hokkaido, Hokkaido's confectionery makers suffered a great deal of damage and had a lot of inventories, factory shutdowns, employee leave, and so on.
