In this plan, since the call to give thanks in May this year as "Mother's Month" is spreading, each chef prepares an original recipe that can be easily made for mothers at home. I devised it. Starting from "Cross Hotel Sapporo" in Hokkaido on May 14th (Thursday), we will connect relays from north to south in a relay form until the posting of "Beppu Onsen Suginoi Hotel" in Oita, Kyushu.
