Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel will sell sweets made from strawberries at the restaurant “Southwest” on the first floor from March 1 (Sun) to May 31 (Sun), 2020.

The restaurant offers seasonal pastry sweets at all times. This time we prepared six kinds of sweets using seasonal strawberries.

We prepare "Strawberry Tart" which combines tart dough with crispy texture, custard, and fresh strawberries, and "Marumaru Strawberry Shortcake" , which is a popular standard sweet that is simple but sticks to the balance of ingredients.

In addition, we will prepare a handmade strawberry sorbet brulee parfait made of various materials such as strawberry sorbet, strawberry sauce with pulp, biei milk pudding and custard.

Next time, from June 1, 2020 (Monday), we will sell refreshing summer sweets that you want to enjoy in the hot summer.
