[Upopoy] Winter service confirmed! Direct day trip bus tour to Upopoy
Service extended until March 2027 (Reiwa 9) for departures and arrivals within Sapporo city.
The Ainu Culture Foundation (located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo; Chairman: Teruki Tsunemoto) has extended the operating period of the "Upopoy Direct Day Trip Bus Tour" departing from and returning to Sapporo (operated by JTB Hokkaido Business Division), which was originally scheduled to end on October 31st, due to the positive response it has received from the public.
This tour aims to provide an opportunity for visitors to enjoy Upopoy safely and conveniently, even during the winter months, without having to transfer from Sapporo. It will operate on Saturdays until March 2027 and during the Sapporo Snow Festival (excluding days when the park is closed). We hope that this will make it easier for residents of the Sapporo area, as well as travelers from both within Japan and internationally, to visit Upopoy.
