Mercure Sapporo (2-2-4 Minami 4-jo Nishi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido / General Manager: Carsel Christopher), operated by the French hotel chain Accor, will be holding a "Strawberry Lunch Buffet" at its 3rd-floor restaurant "Bordeaux" for a limited time from May 1st (Fri) to May 6th (Wed, substitute holiday), 2026.
This event, a seasonal special for strawberry lovers, is popular every year, and this year we have prepared a wide variety of dishes that incorporate strawberries not only in sweets but also in savory dishes. From soups and salads to pasta and meat dishes, strawberries are used in every aspect, allowing you to enjoy the originality and sense of the extraordinary that only a hotel can offer. For dessert, we have a lineup of visually appealing sweets such as strawberry baked cheesecake and tarts, which will delight everyone from adults to children.
Furthermore, during this period, all dishes, including the main course, will be served buffet style. In addition to strawberry-themed items, the buffet board will also feature popular items from our regular lunch buffet, providing a special and memorable experience unique to Golden Week.
Also, by following the hotel's official Instagram and liking the target post, We'll give you a free original strawberry non-alcoholic cocktail. We will also be running a campaign to expand the value of the experience through social media.

About Mercure Sapporo
This hotel is part of the mid-scale brand operated by Accor, a prestigious French hotel chain.
