UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Sapporo will begin offering UNWIND ROOFTOP BBQ on Thursday, May 15, 2025, allowing guests to rent out the hotel's rooftop terrace for a private BBQ. Reservations are now being accepted from Tuesday, April 15, 2025, ahead of the launch of the service.

Going beyond the scope of lodging, we will be launching "UNWIND ROOFTOP BBQ" on Thursday, May 15, 2025, which will be available to the general public and local residents, with a limit of one group per day. During the limited comfortable season in Sapporo as spring turns to summer, you can rent out the rooftop terrace, which has the warmth of wood like a lodge, and enjoy a private BBQ. With the launch of the service, we will start accepting reservations from Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Enjoy a special time with your friends and family, surrounded by the soft breeze of the open rooftop terrace.

Glamping allows you to enjoy the outdoors with comfortable facilities and services without the hassle of preparing and cleaning up camping equipment. UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Sapporo, located in the center of Sapporo, a 4-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station, will be launching UNWIND ROOFTOP BBQ, where you can experience the best of glamping comfort and luxury. The hotel will handle everything from the ingredients and preparations needed for the BBQ to cleaning up afterwards, so you can enjoy a comfortable BBQ.

Food options include standard BBQ dishes such as meat and vegetables carefully selected by the hotel staff, as well as the popular camping dish "Ajillo." Guests can grill the BBQ ingredients themselves, so you can enjoy them at your preferred timing and doneness. Drinks include all-you-can-drink specially selected drinks by the bartender.

From the lodge-like rooftop terrace, where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can enjoy the view of Mt. Moiwa, which changes with the seasons, and spend an extraordinary moment in nature while in the heart of the city. Only one group per day is available, making this a free and carefree experience. As spring turns to summer, why not enjoy a private BBQ with your friends and family?

In addition to standard BBQ menu items such as meat carefully selected by the hotel staff and vegetables from Hokkaido, as this is a BBQ to be enjoyed in a lodge-like space, we have also prepared "Ajillo," a popular camp food menu item.
