The restaurant "Bon Salute Cafe" on the first floor of Hotel Gracery Sapporo (Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, General Manager: Satoshi Haga) will be holding a special lunch for adults and children to enjoy for a limited time only from Friday, January 17th to Sunday, January 26th, 2025, called "Strawberries & Sweets Melting Moment Winter Reward Lunch – Fruit & Sweets Buffet" (reservations required). Online reservations will begin on Thursday, December 19th.

We will hold the first "Fruit & Sweets Buffet" in 2025, which was enjoyed by many customers in July 2024 with melon as the main dish, and in October with Shine Muscat as the main dish. This time, strawberries will be the main dish, and about 40 kinds of menu items will be prepared in buffet format at lunchtime, including various fruits and sweets, food menus such as pesto pasta and pot-au-feu, and all-you-can-drink wine. Adults and children can enjoy the "Chocolate Fountain" where they can dip strawberries in chocolate, use the soft serve ice cream machine to make their own customized parfait, and share their experience on social media, for a delicious and fun time. In addition to sweets, we will also have curry rice, a salad bar, and a variety of breads, so please feel free to use it for lunch.

Reservations are required all day and can only be made online through the hotel's official website.
