Sapporo Park Hotel, operated by Granvista Hotel & Resort Co., Ltd., will be holding a new autumn event, "Smoke & Wine Garden," for two days only on November 23rd (Saturday, National Holiday) and November 24th (Sunday), 2024.


Sapporo Park Hotel will be holding its first autumn event, the "Smoke & Wine Garden," on November 23rd (Saturday, national holiday) and 24th (Sunday). At this event, BBQ expert Koji Sakaki from Japan BBQ College will be hosting a smoking workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to try out making their own smoked sausages, nuts, and other foods.

In the evening, we will set up a "Bonfire Bar" where you can enjoy freshly released Beaujolais Nouveau and mulled wine in the warmth of a bonfire along with food provided by Sapporo Park Hotel. We offer a special, relaxing time against the backdrop of beautiful autumn scenery.

We will invite JBBQC representative Koji Sakaki to hold a workshop where you can experience making smoked food.

Time: Twice a day (11:00-12:00 / 15:00-16:00) *Each session limited to 5 groups
