A co-working space and rental office with Hokkaido's first XR studio
We have opened an incubation facility equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in the JR55 Building, a two-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station.
The facility specializes in development in the deep tech field, especially in the areas of AI and xR.
The ceiling is made of a mesh, and members can freely place AI cameras and various sensors on this mesh ceiling, creating an environment where they can conduct everything from development to demonstration experiments while sensing in real space.
Additionally, the facility's digital lab is equipped with large stereolithography 3D printers, laser cutters, smart robots, mixed reality glasses, VR goggles, large drones, and various testing devices, providing an environment where engineers and creators can use all this equipment to carry out their development.
Additionally, the entrance is equipped with the first automatic door LED vision in Hokkaido, and the co-working space is equipped with a COB 1.25mm pitch interactive vision, a GOB 1.9mm XR BOX, and other state-of-the-art digital signage. Using these devices, we have created an environment in which new solutions can be developed and creative production can be carried out.

Additionally, the facility also houses Hokkaido's first XR studio, which recreates virtual spaces using video and can be used for a variety of filming activities, including commercials and music videos.
Coworking space members can also use the studio at about half price, allowing for creative production at low cost.
