A heart-pounding Christmas with your loved ones. We have prepared a full course French meal that will brighten up your holy night. The chef's recommended dish is the main dish, Hokkaido roasted duck. By slowly roasting the thick duck meat in the oven, the surface becomes crispy and fragrant, and the flavorful meat juices spread in your mouth. In addition, we added beets and tartibo as garnishes to the Christmas-like red color to make it even more gorgeous. The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park Overview
The first Hokkaido store by Royal Park Hotels, which opened on October 1, 2021. The concept is "Experience Hokkaido". We aim for the ultimate in local production for local consumption, keeping in mind the concepts of "ethical" and "sustainable." This is Japan's first high-rise hybrid wooden hotel using wood from Hokkaido, and efforts are being made to upcycle wood scraps used for the hotel structure into interior decoration and in-room speakers. It has a restaurant and lounge where you can enjoy dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients and Hokkaido alcohol, and from CANVAS ROOFTOP on the rooftop, you can see the Sapporo TV Tower, the city, and the distant ridgeline.
