Yamashita Honki Udon, operated by Garden Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kawashima Masaru; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), will open its first Hokkaido store, Yamashita Honki Udon COCONO SUSUKINO, on Thursday, May 1, 2025. In commemoration of the opening, an opening commemorative campaign will be held for customers who visit Yamashita Honki Udon COCONO SUSUKINO.<\/p>\n

"Yamashita Honki Udon COCONO SUSUKINO" will open as the first ever franchise store in the history of Yamashita Honki Udon. <\/p>\n

"Yamashita Honki Udon COCONO SUSUKINO" is the first Yamashita Honki Udon store in eastern Japan and the first in Hokkaido. It will open in the food hall on the third floor of "COCONO SUSUKINO," a complex commercial facility that opened in the Susukino district, one of Japan's three largest entertainment districts, with the concept of "To Susukino, the town that never sleeps." It will celebrate its first anniversary on November 30, 2024, and has already established itself as a new spot in Sapporo, with over 11 million visitors in the year since its opening.<\/p>\n

Enjoy Yamashita Honki Udon's "Honki Udon" in a variety of situations, both day and night, as a resting place for families shopping, a cafe break for women, a lunch spot for businesspeople working in nearby offices, or a final meal after enjoying drinks in the entertainment district.<\/p>\n

"Yamashita Honki Udon" is a restaurant that Interviewer Yamashita established near Meguro Station in 2012, and serves authentic Sanuki udon noodles. After entering into a license agreement in June 2017, we purchased the trademark and made it our own brand. The udon noodles are made using carefully selected wheat, and are aged in-house. The noodles are firm and chewy, and are made with care. The soup stock is made from kelp and bonito, and finished with special soy sauce. You can also enjoy a leisurely drink in the evening. We have 19 stores nationwide, mainly in the Kanto region, and more are planned.<\/p>\n
