French restaurant "Bordeaux" is offering a lunch buffet filled with strawberries. Please enjoy the charms of strawberries to the fullest, not only in desserts but also in salads, soups, and sauces for dishes.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Mercure Sapporo will be holding a Strawberry Lunch Buffet at Restaurant Bordeaux on the 3rd floor of the hotel for a limited time only during Golden Week (5\/1 (Wed) to 5\/6 (Mon, substitute holiday)).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Restaurant Bordeaux is popular with local guests for its casual and friendly French lunch buffet and its unpretentious interior despite being a hotel restaurant.<\/p>\n

The Strawberry Lunch Buffet uses plenty of strawberries from appetizers to desserts, filling the buffet board with a cute red color.
We use strawberries in unexpected places such as sauces for meat dishes, salads and carpaccio, offering the originality and extraordinary that you can only get from a hotel restaurant.
For dessert, we have a wide variety of menu items that both adults and children can enjoy, including bite-sized strawberry cakes, mousses, tarts, and a chocolate fountain.
Due to popular demand, this year we will be increasing the number of menu items and opening days.
In addition to the strawberry menu, there are also popular dishes such as bouillabaisse, making this a buffet with excellent value for money.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
