The fried horse mackerel we use is a product specially manufactured for Champion Curry by Koshino Co., Ltd., which has a factory in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The earthquake caused cracks to appear around the factory and damaged drainage pipes, among other damage. There was no damage to the machinery or freezers inside the factory, and operations resumed in mid-February when the water supply was restored. In addition, this time's fried horse mackerel uses raw materials purchased from Nanao Fish Market.
