Ten Food Service Co., Ltd., which develops \u201cMiyoshino\u201d of gyoza and curry, will start on August 15, 2022 (Monday) \u201cOriginal Takikawa Hanajiri Genghis Khan Susukino 6-jo Store\u201d and August 26 (Friday) \u201cOriginal Takikawa Hanajiri Genghis Khan\u201d. We will open the Tanukikoji store.
Ten Food Service Co., Ltd. aims to expand its business by aiming to become the third brand following "Gyoza and Curry Miyoshino" and "Sobadokoro Shinshuan". We would like to contribute to the development of Hokkaido's food culture by expanding our stores mainly in Sapporo, expanding our business with an eye on the opening of Hokkaido's heritage Genghis Khan to Tokyo, and continuing to challenge new fields. We also sell "Hanajiri Genghis Khan" (frozen) for home use. Part of the sales will be donated to Takigawa's "Solaputi Kids Camp".<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The<\/strong> history<\/strong> of seasoned Genghis Khan and \u201cHanajiri Genghis Khan\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Genghis Khan is one of the representative local dishes of Hokkaido. Seasoned Genghis Khan marinated in sauce is called the "Takigawa style", and its roots lie in the Takikawa Sheep Farm. The achievement of establishing it as a taste is very big. Takigawa Seasoned Genghis Khan sauce has three lines of history.
(1) Matsuo (2) Takigawa Kaikan (3) Hanajiri Shoji Especially (3) Hanajiri Shoji had a great influence on the industry, and new brands were established by teaching sauce techniques to many butcher shops. They are "Hanajiri Meat Shop", "Delicious Hanajiri", "Kobayashi Genghis Khan" and "Obatake Meat Shop". Hanajiri Genghis Khan has inherited the tradition of "Hanajiri Meat Shop". In 1970, Hanajiri Nikuten became the first company to introduce vacuum-packed Genghis Khan so that it can be preserved. In addition, we switched the outdoor fuel to propane cylinders. It goes without saying that Mr. Matsuo, who is an acquaintance of mine, immediately adopted this packing and fuel switching. I would like to mention that Hanajiri Meat Shop generously taught other companies how to remove the meat.
