Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel will sell sweets made from strawberries at the restaurant \u201cSouthwest\u201d on the first floor from March 1 (Sun) to May 31 (Sun), 2020.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The restaurant offers seasonal pastry sweets at all times. This time we prepared six kinds of sweets using seasonal strawberries. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We prepare "Strawberry Tart"<\/strong> which combines tart dough with crispy texture, custard, and fresh strawberries, and "Marumaru Strawberry Shortcake"<\/strong> , which is a popular standard sweet that is simple but sticks to the balance of ingredients. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In addition, we will prepare a handmade strawberry sorbet brulee parfait<\/strong> made of various materials such as strawberry sorbet, strawberry sauce with pulp, biei milk pudding and custard. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Next time, from June 1, 2020 (Monday), we will sell refreshing summer sweets that you want to enjoy in the hot summer. <\/p>\n
